Admin Tutorial 2 - Working with Project Libraries

In this tutorial, we define Project Libraries, illustrate the process for creating and using project library entries, and show how to share them between project files. As an example, we will create a special traffic barrier in the project library, use the barrier in a bridge model, and import it into another PGSuper project.
