Unfortunately, in these days of spammers and scammers, we're forced to take a hard line here. The good news is that if you act as the good, responsible person we believe you are, you'll have no problems.

That said, here are the rules: We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove messages from the site if:

1) You post rude or mean comments toward others, use excessive profanity, or post topics that have nothing to do with bridge engineering.

2) You attempt to market, sell, or create links to products that have nothing to do with bridge engineering or prestressed concrete design.
